Initiatives to ensure comprehensive quality control and improve work environment
At NITORI FURNITURE, each factory is committed to quality control in the manufacturing process. Employees participate in “Product Safety and After-Sales Service Reduction Meetings” where customer feedback is gathered for improvements and reforms. Additionally, Nitori group World Circle (NWC) activities involve small groups of employees identifying issues from everyday tasks and making necessary improvements. These activities are aimed at enhancing quality and productivity through daily tasks.
Departments specializing in factory control monitor occupational safety and attendance, based on NITORI Group’s belief that a well-maintained work environment leads to stable quality. These checks ensure there are no risks that might lead to accidents and that employees take sufficient breaks. Free meals are provided in the factory cafeterias, which are well received by the employees. The factories also create employment opportunities in local areas, contributing to the development of local communities.
Initiatives of our own factories to address environmental and social issues
In our factories with many female workers, we enhance automation and reduce manual labor in furniture production. We continually install new equipment like “vacuum lifts” (*picture on the right), ensuring safer and less labor-intensive operations for large products. This not only boosts efficiency but also creates a more comfortable work environment.

HANOI Factory (Headquarter)

Hanoi factory, operational since 2004, covers 160,000 square meters. It primarily produces furniture and efficiently uses resources by utilizing wood scraps and recycling urethane. Hanoi factory is in Quang Minh Industrial Park, conveniently near Noi Bai International Airport and Hanoi city center.
PRODUCTION ITEMS
At our Hanoi factory, we produce four main categories of furniture. First, “Hako” includes wooden items like kitchen boards, cupboards, TV boards, chests, and wardrobes. Second, “Bed Frames,” featuring popular NITORI designs with sliding storage. Third, “Sofas,” include both affordable fabric options and newly introduced leather sofas. Lastly, “Mattress,” with “N-sleep” being a popular product from NITORI Furniture.
Ba Ria-Vung Tau Factory (Branch)

Ba Ria-Vung Tau factory, operational since 2017, spans about 400,000 square meters, which is 2.5 times larger than the Hanoi factory. It produces not only furniture, but also home furnishing goods like curtains, N-Cool products, and bedding.
The Ba Ria-Vung Tau factory is in the Phu My 3 Industrial Park, about 90 minutes from Ho Chi Minh City.
PRODUCTION ITEMS
Unlike Hanoi Factory, Ba Ria-Vung Tau Factory is distinguished by its production of both furniture and fabric products. In the furniture sector, we manufacture two types of furniture: dining tables and chairs made from solid wood, and mattresses. Concurrently, in the fabric sector, we produce bedding and curtains, including the “N-cool” series, which is among the most popular items at NITORI.
Vinh Phuc Factory (Branch)

Vinh Phuc Factory aims to start operations in March 2025. Like Ba Ria-Vung Tau Factory, it spans approximately 400,000 square meters. It will initially produce sofas and mattresses transferred from the Hanoi Factory, with plans to introduce efficient automated lines for more affordable products. Located in Son Loi Industrial Park, about 30 minutes from Hanoi Factory and next to the highway interchange, it offers convenient access.
