Pursuing correct manufacturing and responsible procurement
NITORI FURNITURE prioritizes affordability, quality, and coordination in its manufacturing processes. Quality entails ensuring appropriate functions, product safety, and adherence to proper manufacturing practices, including sincerity, respect for human rights, compliance, occupational safety, and environmental protection. We aim for sustainable growth across the supply chain by communicating with all suppliers about the importance of environmental consciousness and social responsibility, as well as promoting a culture of product safety.
Basic Policy
We ask our suppliers to comply with laws and regulations and form true partnerships with us. Together, we will achieve sustainable growth across the entire supply chain.

Pledge to Nitori Group Procurement Policy
This policy is required to be understood and observed by all suppliers as well as employees of the Nitori Group. We are currently asking all suppliers with whom we do business to clearly state and pledge to abide by this policy. In the event that a violation of this policy is identified, we encourage our suppliers to improve their performance and, if necessary, provide them with guidance to remedy the situation.
Communication and dialogue with suppliers


Held at Lotte Hotel Hanoi, Vietnam on 17 May 2024.
Approximately 150 partners from around the globe attended the conference. During the event, our Group Chairperson, Mr. Akio Nitori, presented awards to the outstanding suppliers.
At the FY2024 Business Partner Conference, we discussed our challenges, product development directions, quality policy, and partnership policy. We will hold these meetings regularly to grow with our partners.
