Hanoi, Vietnam<\/p><h4><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4><h5>Sales &amp; Business Development<\/h5><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities in the furniture and interior industry.<\/li><li>Research potential customers, including furniture brands, retailers, and interior companies.<\/li><li>Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.<\/li><li>Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and product presentations.<\/li><li>Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and business opportunities.<\/li><li>Support the achievement of sales targets and business growth.<\/li><\/ul><h5>Customer Relationship Management<\/h5><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Understand customer needs, product requirements, and business expectations.<\/li><li>Communicate with customers regarding product specifications, pricing, delivery schedules, and order status.<\/li><li>Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.<\/li><li>Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports.<\/li><\/ul><h5>Internal Coordination<\/h5><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Collaborate with Production, Quality Control, Product Development, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.<\/li><li>Coordinate sample development, product specifications, and production schedules.<\/li><li>Follow up on product quality, delivery progress, and customer feedback.<\/li><li>Support business meetings, factory visits, and trade exhibitions when required.<\/li><\/ul><h5>Requirements<\/h5><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.<\/li><li>Experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management is preferred.<\/li><li>Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.<\/li><li>Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team.<\/li><li>Good command of English.<\/li><li>Experience in furniture, manufacturing, OEM\/ODM, or international B2B sales is an
